Do I need to be technical? No. If you can use email and your business software, you can do this.
Are meetups required? No. Travel meetups are optional and everything runs online.
Does community access expire? No. You keep permanent access.
How much time does it take? About three hours each week. Sessions are recorded.
Can you build it for me instead? Yes. That is a separate done-for-you service.
