Apps, AI, and design for businesses ready to grow
Custom builds starting at $2,500. Enterprise App and AI experience from Universal Studios, Xfinity, and Bolt. Live in weeks, not months.
Sound familiar?
Bookings live in your DMs
Calls, texts, and back and forth eat hours every week. You’re the bottleneck in your own business.
Delivery apps take 30%
Every third party order costs you margin and the customer relationship. You’re renting your own customers.
Your website just sits there
It looks fine. It brings in nothing. It does no work for you while you do everything manually.
Your business outgrew your website. Let’s fix that.
What I build
Every build starts from what your business actually needs, not a feature list.

Enterprise experience. Small-business focus. Strategic product guidance for the moments that matter.
I’ve built AI experiences at ADT and Xfinity, interactive 3D narratives for fintech experiences at Bolt, and customer journeys for Universal, Kroger, United, DIRECTV, and AT&T. I’ve also pitched product visions at Google’s Mexico City offices and presented my own startup apps at Web Summit Portugal.
Now I bring that same strategic depth to businesses in Houston. You get the clarity, quality, and momentum big companies invest heavily in, scoped to where you are today.

“Sharif is my go-to tech person. I completely trust him.”
From online academy to student app.
Over two years of responsive product support, website growth, plugins, automations, and a student app in progress.
How it works
Three steps from first call to launch. No surprises at any of them.
STEP 1
Free call
15 minutes. We map what your business actually needs. No pitch.
STEP 2
Fixed scope, fixed price
You approve exactly what gets built and what it costs. 50% to start.
STEP 3
Build, launch, handoff
Live in weeks. You own all code, accounts, and customer data.
You own everything. Code, accounts, customers. At handoff it’s 100% yours.
Transparent from the first call
Builds range from $2,500 to $7,500 depending on scope. Native mobile apps from $3,000. You’ll know your exact price before anything starts.
50 / 50 split
Half to start, half at delivery. The most popular option.
30 / 70 split
Lower upfront commitment. Pay the rest when it’s done and approved.
Deposit + capped share
Small deposit, then a small share of sales up to an agreed cap. We grow when you grow.
Not ready to build? Book a paid strategy session and leave with a full roadmap, tool list, and hiring guide for your idea.
Questions, answered
The five things every owner asks before we start.
How long does a build take?
Most projects launch in 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. You’ll get a timeline with your fixed quote before we start.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Code, accounts, credentials, and customer data are 100% yours at handoff. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We can extend it, rebuild it, or add an app layer on top of it. Whatever gets you the result for the least money.
Can you add AI to what I already use?
Yes. I integrate AI into existing tools or build custom tools from scratch, trained on your business and your customers.
What happens after launch?
Optional monthly support covers fixes, updates, and monitoring. Post launch strategy calls are available to plan growth after you’re live.

Work with me at whatever level fits

For business owners
The Build Room
Six weeks. One system built. A room that lasts.
Build the system your business needs, learn to run it, and stay connected to the room.

For teams and companies

Not sure where to start?
